Continued this year: Pre-conference workshop and student presentations: Thursday afternoon we will be hosting a free pre-conference set of lectures by four invited faculty members from regional Bioimaging programs to discuss their areas of research. There will also be a one hour session devoted to the four best student presentations selected from the poster session submissions.

Poster Presentation: A poster session is open to all participants to promulgate recent research findings or work-in-progress.

The poster space will be limited to 65” in height and 47” in width. Poster set up will be from 10 am to noon Thursday, November 5th and may be taken down after the pm break Friday, November 6th. You will also be asked to be present at your poster in one of two groups, 7:30pm-8pm or 8pm-8:30pm, during the poster viewing session Thursday evening.

Student Travel Awards: Student travel awards are available for first authors, which are made possible by a conference grant from NIH/NCI. Awards will be made to those who are accepted and have submitted the earliest and vary based on your geographic location i.e. need.
